Workforce Health Assessors (WHA) are excited to announce that we are expanding our facilities in Western Australia to cater for the increased demand in our pre-employment and ongoing health assessment services across the state. WHA’s East Perth partners, Dani Iannello and Andrew Silvan, are opening an additional WHA facility in the residential suburb of Baldivis—an area in which the demand for our services continues to grow. This facility will also service Rockingham and will officially open Thursday, 2 May 2019. Like all of our WHA assessors, Dani and Andrew have a strong history of working in the health industry. Dani is a clinical nurse at Perth Children’s Hospital, where she has worked for the past 10 years—in a variety of educational and managerial roles. Andrew, on the other hand, has been a Pharmacist for the past 10 years, owning his own business, ‘Pharmacy 777 East Perth’, for the past 6 years. The pharmacy is located right next to WHA East Perth. With their combined history of working in the healthcare industry and their undeniable passion for their respective fields, working as WHA assessors for the past 18 months has been an equally rewarding and enjoyable experience for both Dani and Andrew. “We enjoy meeting new people each day, engaging in a discussion about their health status,” Andrew says. Dani and Andrew love the challenge of working as a husband and wife team, and use their differing “professional skills and attributes to develop a strong foundation and future for this business.” Their love for a challenge is what initially convinced them to join the WHA team. “We spoke to Jason (Co-Founder and Managing Director at WHA) and learnt the concept and became excited by the prospect of a new challenge where we could really shake up the industry by providing an improved service that Perth hasn’t had.” And shaken up the industry it has. Dani and Andrew’s ability to provide clients and candidates with superior service, in combination with WHA’s innovative online platform, has provided Western Australian businesses with cost-effective and timely workforce medical assessments that surpass the standard of what was once offered in WA. This has allowed WHA to expand our services in WA in only an 18-month period. Our new Baldivis facility will offer our full range of workforce medical services and will enable all businesses big and small in surrounding areas a convenient location to book potential candidates and existing employees in for pre-employment and ongoing health assessments. Like all WHA locations, WHA Baldivis also provides on-site services, such as drug and alcohol testing, hearing tests, and other medicals, to ensure we deliver our services to you where and when you need them. Visit Dani, Andrew and the rest of the team for your next health assessment at WHA Baldivis, located in Baldivis Family Medical Centre. Contact WHA on email or phone 1300 552 722 to book now. Behind the businesses… We get to know the people behind our centres a little bit more… Do you live in Perth? We currently live in Claremont but will be moving to North Fremantle in the very near future so lots going on! What is your favourite past time? We love to go out for breakfast together (which wouldn’t be complete without Dani taking a mandatory “breakfast photo” for her breakfast Instagram account). If you had a guest visit Perth where would you take them? We would firstly take our guests to our favourite breakfast spot at Typika in Claremont, before taking them to our WHA facility in East Perth to wow them with the best interior design in Perth (haha).
