    All WHA clients have access to CoreAssess.

    CoreAssess allows you to manage all appointment tracking and reporting from one central location. Most occupational health assessments can be booked directly through CoreAssess, including pre-employment medicals, health monitoring programs, drug and alcohol testing, and vaccinations. For more complex bookings, onsite services, or where a PAF is unavailable, our Customer Service team will arrange the booking for you. Once confirmed, the appointment can be managed through CoreAssess like any other booking.

    Yes! CoreAssess provides authorised access to historical assessment records completed through WHA while an employee has been employed by your organisation. You can securely view previous assessment reports and booking history whenever required.

    Yes! CoreAssess is designed to support organisations of all sizes, including businesses operating across multiple locations or managing large workforces. The portal provides one central place to manage bookings and assessment records across your organisation.

    Zero dollars and zero cents! CoreAssess is completely free for WHA clients, with no setup fees or ongoing costs. Once you’re a WHA client, you can start using the platform to manage your workforce health programs at no extra charge.

    Yes! Two-factor authentication is a standard security feature for all CoreAssess users, providing an additional layer of protection for your organisation’s confidential information.

    No. For security and privacy reasons, employee assessment reports cannot be emailed or distributed outside of CoreAssess. WHA is committed to protecting sensitive health information and maintaining strict data security standards. Service reports and KPI reporting are provided separately where applicable.
