As Workforce Health Assessors (WHA) marks over 20 years of supporting businesses and their people, we’re taking a moment to reflect on our journey and share stories from those who’ve helped shape who we are today. Over the coming months, you’ll hear from our team, our partners, and our clients in a series of articles and video interviews, with stories of the past and present and the impact WHA has made so far.

To kick things off, we sat down with our CEO, Gianin Zogg, to talk about WHA’s journey, growth, and what the future holds.

How did you first get involved with WHA?

I joined the Board of WHA in 2018 and stepped into the role of CEO in 2021. The opportunity to build from our Hobart base and scale across Australia and New Zealand has been incredibly exciting. The fact that WHA started in beautiful Tasmania made this journey even more special.

How has WHA contributed to your growth?

My background spans health, insurance, and technology, so WHA was a natural fit. I previously founded and managed related organisations in the Middle East and Asia, joining WHA has been another exciting milestone. The team’s clinical expertise, technological depth, and their appetite for quality, innovation, and client-centric solutions is inspiring to be part of.
