Chief Operations Officer

Nicole has a strong background in management, strategy and building and operating large diverse teams having worked for several national businesses in fast paced, regulated environments. Nicole has a results-driven approach to business and believes that direction, culture and ultimately success starts with management. Holding a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Graduate Certificate in Management, Nicole translates strategy into executable operational goals and directives to achieve organisational objectives.


Richard Mulligan

Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

Richard is responsible for the WHA sales and marketing function and manages the sales and marketing activities across WHA, encompassing WHA’s distribution network across Australia and New Zealand. With over 27 years of sales and marketing management experience Richard manages the organisation’s growth; leading and managing the sales team to increase revenue via the generation of new business growth, client expansion and retention.


Richard Lawson

Chief Financial Officer

Richard is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years' experience, working in the local community. He brings a wealth of experience to the table via decades of advising small to medium businesses in the public sector. Richard specialises in cash flow forecasting, tax planning and business growth.
