What services do we offer onsite?

Through our extensive range of partners across Australian and New Zealand, we are able to offer most of our in clinic medicals to be conducted on site. Our most requested medicals are:

  • Drug and Alcohol

We offer a range of D&A testing solutions onsite and are happy to discuss your needs or concerns to ensure the right solution that works within the parameters of your Policy. Both urinary or oral fluid drug screening can be conducted onsite to Australian Standards AS/NZS 4308:2008 (Urine) – AS 4760:2019 (Oral Fluid).

Onsite testing is conducted discretely in a controlled environment, protecting employee confidentiality throughout. Our Onsite Team are available to guide you through the process and outcomes of testing.

  • Audiometry

Different states have different requirements for audiometry testing, and at WHA we stay on the forefront of those needs to ensure your regulatory compliance. Our clinical team is highly trained, and we’ve been on the front foot of the updated requirements for audio under ASNZ1269.4 and are ready to seamlessly continue your audio journey.

Benefits of onsite screening include:

Minimised Disruption: Screening onsite reduces the time employees spend travelling to and from a clinic, minimising disruption to work schedules, and the risk of a WorkCover claim if involved in an accident on route.

Flexible Scheduling: Screening can be done during work hours or shift changes to minimise disruption. Candidates are also screened in their work time and not their own time which builds on worker satisfaction.

Real-time Results: Onsite screening can deliver quicker results, utilising our custom built portal. CoreAssess eliminates the need for physical documentation and ensures results are securely stored and accessed only by the authorised users, fostering trust in the process. This is the same system as in clinic services meaning all your employee records are accessible in one secure location.

Large Workforce Testing: Onsite services can accommodate testing large groups efficiently, reducing the challenges of scheduling in clinic appointments. This is especially beneficial if you have an entire crew deploying to a site with pre screening entry requirements.

Improved Compliance

Regulatory Adherence: Onsite testing ensures compliance with Australian workplace safety laws, such as those outlined by Safe Work Australia, especially in industries like mining, construction, and transport.

Immediate Intervention: Onsite testing allows employers to address potential safety risks promptly by identifying impaired employees before they pose a danger to themselves or others.
